There are many beautiful desktop accessory software. I hope we can see a renaissance of this official software in the future. On the doujin/indie level, you can see it, there are many booths on Booth and Ko-Fi selling sometimes for free) beautiful animated cursor sets. They have more love and care put into them than even many of the official cursors in official desktop software. Maybe because it's sold by itself and not as part of a CD. So, I'll list some of my favourite booths.
